Day 4
After having spent about 5 hours under the sun in Bellows yesterday, a lot of us were pretty much out of commission this day. Skins were screaming of burning pain last night and even indirect light seemed too painful to tolerate. So today, the Hanauma Bay snorkling trip was cancelled once again. And we kept away from the sun as much as it was possible to do in a tropical island.

Foster Botanical Garden
50 North Vineyard Boulevard Honolulu Grace, Rachel, Joey and Sarah kept away from the beach to chill in the shades of shops and of the gardens. |

Food Quest around the Island
Ralph, Elaine & Bon drove to the other side of the island through the Dole pineapple fields and North Shore.

On the way back to the house in Waipahu, they stopped at the Mililani Memorial Park to visit Uncle Joe's grave. Upon entering the gate, take the 1st left, where it forks, turn right and the first big tree on the left is the spot.
